Pockets of Colour is a cheerful snail mail club that sends happy post to your letterbox each month.
Each mail drop includes a curated mix of printed goodies such as letters, stationery, stickers, postcards, art prints, or themed surprises. Contents may vary each month.
At the moment, I only offer a subscription based service for the mail club.
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing date through your customer portal.
Subscriptions for the advertised month close on the 23rd (inclusive). For example, an order placed on 15 May will receive the June edition, while an order placed on 24 May will receive the July edition. Please note that all dates are based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
Shipping within Australia is free for orders $5 and more. For international orders, a $3 AUD shipping fee applies, which will be calculated at checkout.
Pockets of Colour ships from Melbourne, Australia.
Yes, I do!
Letters are sent in the last week of each month. For example, the June edition is mailed in the last week of May.
From dispatched date, Australian orders usually arrive within 4-8 business days. International orders may take 2-6 weeks depending on destination.
Standard letter post does not include tracking.
Well, that’s annoying! Please send an email to hello@pocketsofcolour.com if your mail seems delayed. Postal times can vary, especially during holidays.
Because these are curated mail items and often limited-run, refunds and returns are generally not available after dispatch unless something arrives damaged or incorrect.
Sometimes posties can be a little rough with letters along the way. If your happy mail arrives damaged, please get in touch with a photo and I’ll do my best to make it right.
