Some products in our store, including the Pockets of Colour Mail Club, are offered as subscription services or pre-orders. This policy explains how these purchases work and how you can manage or cancel them.
Subscriptions (Mail Club)
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the plan you selected at checkout. For Mail Club, this means you will receive a curated mail item each month.
Your payment details are securely stored and you will be automatically charged according to your selected billing cycle.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
Managing or cancelling your subscription
You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time.
The easiest way to manage your subscription is through your order confirmation email, which includes a link to your customer portal.

Please note that cancellations will apply to future billing cycles and shipments only. Any orders already processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
