Refund policy

Due to the small nature of Pockets of Colour, refunds are generally not accepted once an order has been shipped.

However, if your order arrives completely damaged, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help. As delivery is through snail mail, occasional wear from the postal journey can happen, and sometimes postal handling can be a little rough. Minor bends, marks, or handling wear may not qualify for a refund.

To be considered for a refund, proof of damage must be provided and verified before any refund is approved.
