Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post using their standard letter delivery service.

Please note that standard letter delivery does not include tracking.

Estimated delivery times are:

Australia: 3–7 business days
International: 15+ business days depending on location, customs, and time of year

As all orders travel through the postal system as snail mail, occasional delays can happen — especially during busy holiday periods.

Mail club orders

Mail Club orders are dispatched between the 24th–30th of each month.

Other orders

All other orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days.
