We deliver orders within Australia and internationally.
All orders are sent via Australia Post using standard letter delivery service unless otherwise stated. This service does not include tracking.
Estimated delivery timeframes are:
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- International: 15+ business days (depending on location, customs processing, and seasonal delays)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or factors outside our control.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by Australia Post and/or international postal services. However, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
SECTION 6 - MAIL CLUB SUBSCRIPTIONS
Mail Club orders are dispatched between the 24th–30th of each month.
Subscriptions are ongoing until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will apply to future billing cycles and shipments.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within our Services, including branding, designs, text, images and graphics, is owned by Pockets of Colour Mail Club or used under licence.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may use third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for their performance or content, and use of these services is at your own risk.

Pockets of Colour Mail Club is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with us. Shopify is not responsible for any sales, disputes, or transactions between you and our store.
